Returns + Exchanges
We want you to love your Evelyn Ford Luxury shoes. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date received, with a copy of the receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged.
Please test the fit on carpeted surfaces only.
Send an email to returns@evelynford.luxury for a return authorization.
Merchandise must be returned with original packaging intact: box, dust bags, and Dream Arch™ inserts if purchased.
Retain the outer shipping box in case you need to return the shoes.
Shoes must be shipped back within 7 days of the return authorization date.
Upon receipt, your purchase will be refunded to the original payment method (excluding taxes and duties on international orders).
Evelyn Ford Luxury will cover return shipping once per purchase. A prepaid label will be included with your return authorization.
Evelyn Ford Luxury is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or mishandled in transit. Keep all tracking details for your records.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or style within 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Email returns@evelynford.luxury to request an exchange authorization.
Evelyn Ford Luxury will cover return shipping on your first exchange. If the exchanged item is subsequently returned, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
